Margaret River in Western Australia is home to many attractions including food, wineries, shopping and tons of recreational activities. It is also home to some of the best beaches and popular surfing areas in Western Australia with a coastline that stretches about 85km from "Cowaramup Bay" to "Cape Leeuwin" and 25km to the "Shire of Nannup". When to go whale watching in Margaret River

Humpback and Southern Right whales journey from Antarctica to the Margaret River region's warmer waters. They can first be found in "Flinders" Bay, Augusta, from June through September. In September through December, the whales migrate to the "Geographe Bay," Busselton. One can also see Blue Whales, which are an endangered species, at this time and place.
